．This package includes a dedicated shuttle service (one-way uphill only). Please gather and depart from Exit 3 of Chiayi HSR Station at 9:30 AM on the day of check-in.
．Before departure, please provide the full name, ID number, and date of birth of each guest for activity and insurance purposes (the travel agency will contact you).

・The hotel is located inside the Alishan Forest Recreation Area, which is a restricted zone. Guests driving their own vehicles must park at the Alishan Visitor Center parking lot, then take the hotel shuttle, which departs        every 30 minutes.
